The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is a fantastic choice if you are looking for a robotic vacuum and mop that's priced in the middle. It offers a great mopping experience, but doesn't have the advanced features of its more expensive counterpart.

During tests it was able to remove pet hair and dry oats from carpets with a medium-pile. However, unlike other models, it doesn't utilize LIDAR to determine the layout of your home.

1. IRobot Roomba S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top-rated robot vacuums. It comes with a variety of features and incredible cleaning power, including the dirt compartment integrated into the base of charging. The robot also learns your cleaning habits and suggest automated schedules for a truly hands-free experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the setup process. Once the system is set up it can begin automated cleaning with a single button click. You can choose an overall clean that emphasizes the removal of large debris such as cereal and rice or go for two thorough mappings of your area to ensure that your entire home has a clean and tidy appearance.

This Robot Vacuum With Docking Station vacuum is effective on floors that are unfinished and carpets with low pile. It is able to take large objects and doesn't lose suction as quickly as other models do, and it can even remove pet hair without difficulty. It does have a hard time with high-pile or plush carpet, but iRobot says it will get better in the future with new models.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot, which concentrates on improving edge and corner cleaning. It then cleans your entire house efficiently by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and also set virtual boundary markers to ensure that the robot is aware of which areas need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a machine that combines vacuuming and mopping. Its vacuum settings are as effective as those of higher-end models and its mopping feature is even better. Its spinning pads do a much more impressive job of scrubbing your floors than a stationary vibrating pad.

The only drawback is that it does not have an additional rubber brush for deeper cleaning, but it's a small price to pay if you are looking for one of the top robots on the market. The dust tank of the robo-vac is larger than many of its competitors and filling it up takes only two or three cycles, even when you've got the most dirt.

In terms of the mopping device, I was awestruck with its ability to scrub the tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping modes that it has that are less abrasive than the higher-powered ones generate little noise, allowing you to work or watch TV without distraction. If it comes into contact with an object, such as a wall or furniture piece, it gently bumps into it before moving along.

The Q Revo is unique in that it operates almost entirely on its own, requiring only minimal user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac has multiple functions and will automatically move garbage into a bin hidden. It also cleans and dries, as well as refills the clean water tank. The app will only notify you when something is wrong for example, low water levels or a canceled vacuuming session due to an empty bin.

You can also create or combine actual rooms to customize the way that Q Revo manages your home. The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum that has all the features you could wish for. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it is a top-quality vacuum with a powerful suction to clean hard and carpet floors, plus the mop's rotating design that can scrub tough staining. It also has a self-cleaning station that automatically washes and empties the mop pads to keep them clean and ready for reuse. It also comes with a brand new sensor system that can better detects obstacles, giving it the ability to prevent falling over furniture or other objects.

The biggest improvement over the ECOVACS X1 Deebot is its sleeker, more modern design. This is thanks to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design, best known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. The robot is still quite large. It is more than two feet in height and depth and weighs almost four pounds. However the robot as well as its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo and iRobot j7.

This model is more efficient than the X1 as it charges faster and cleans 1,500 square feet in one charge. And it has a larger dustbin that is more durable and can hold more debris which makes it easier to empty it when needed.

Finally lastly, the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app and an assistant voice that works offline, which means you can manage it even when not home. It also has a smart routing feature that lets it clean specific rooms or areas of your home, instead of following a predetermined route.

The X2 Omni is the top mopping robot. Its mop pads rotating scrub away tough stains, and its motor produces lots of downward pressure. Its vacuuming is excellent too and it increases suction when it senses carpets to ensure that it does an excellent job. It also has a huge battery that can last for several weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as effective as the ones we've seen on a consumer-grade robot.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot mop and vacuum is a high-end model that has a range of features that aren't often found on robots in this price range. It can make detailed floor maps and detect various flooring types. It's also among the only robots that automatically clean and dry its mop pad. Although these features are nice to have however, they also make the L10s Ultra more in the luxury category and could mean it's a little more expensive than some homeowners need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It's tall and slim, with a white finish accented with silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is adorned with a large bumper that protects the vacuum cleaner and furniture when you are moving around your home. In the pane in the front is an additional navigation technology with sensors that help the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top, you'll find one button that basically is a switch for on and off. This button will activate the vacuum. By pressing it again, you can shut it off and send it back to its base station. The circular menu at the middle of the control panel allows you to choose cleaning modes or schedules, as well as preferences. The left and right buttons on the screen will bring up the app's settings menu where you can alter the way that the L10s Ultra works with your home.

Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+ and Roborock Q Revo, the L10s Ultra uses a combination of LIDAR and camera-based navigation technologies to map out your house. Its mops also perform well in removing 98.4 percent of debris from our carpet, tile and wood tests. However, it wasn't quite as great at tackling sand on the floor, or quaker oats on the carpet.
