The best robot vacuum with mapping Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you are looking for a robot mop and vacuum that's mid-range. It's got a fantastic mopping performance but lacks some of the advanced features found in its more expensive sibling.

During tests it was able to remove pet hair and dry oats out of medium-pile carpets. However, like cheaper models, it doesn't employ LIDAR to determine the layout of your home.

iRobot Roomba s9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the most highly-rated Yeedi Robot vacuum vacuums. It comes with a variety of features and impressive cleaning power, including an area for dirt that is integrated into the base of charging. This robot can also learn your habits of cleaning and suggest automated schedules for a truly hands-free experience.

It's easy to set up thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the process. Once the system is setup it can begin automated cleaning with a single button click. You can select an overall clean that focuses on the removal of large debris such as rice and cereal, or opt for two detailed maps of your space to ensure that your home has a clean and tidy appearance.

This robot vacuum performs well on both floors that are bare and low-pile carpet. It is able to take large objects and does not lose suction as fast as some others do and can remove pet hair without much difficulty. It's a challenge with carpets that are high-pile or plush however, iRobot says that future models will be better.

The S9+ is a new design by iRobot that focuses on improving corner and edge cleaning. It's the first Roomba that adopts an open-fronted, flat-fronted design. The company hopes this will allow it hug walls and furniture. It's a significant improvement over hockey puck-shaped robovacs which are common however we found it to be only marginally superior to circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also comes with a superior filtration system, which prevents microscopic particles and allergens recirculating throughout your home. We think this is a nice statement, but not enough to justify a premium price.

Its smart navigation system employs a combination of sensors to keep track of your home's layout, and vSLAM technology to map your interior. This allows it to steer clear of obstacles, like stairs and other barriers and to clean up your entire house efficiently possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and create virtual boundaries to ensure that the robot is aware of which areas need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

When it comes to robots that combine mopping and vacuuming the Roborock Q Revo stands out. Its vac settings are as effective as those of higher-end models and its mopping feature is even better. Its spinning pads do a much more impressive job of cleaning your floors than a stationary vibrating pad.

It's only downside is the lack of a second brush to allow for more thorough cleaning. However, that's not a problem when you're looking to purchase one of the best robots available. The dust tank on the robo-vac is larger than many of its competitors. Filling it up only takes two or three cycles even when you've got the most dirt.

In terms of the mopping device, I was impressed with its ability to scrub hard-to-clean dirt from my floors. The two mopping modes that it has, which are less aggressive than the high-powered ones, generate minimal noise, allowing you to work or watch TV without interruption. It will gently bump into furniture or walls, and then move on whenever it comes across one.

The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The robo-vac features a multi-function dock that can automatically transfer physical trash to the bin hidden in the background and washes and drys the mop pads and refills its clean water tank. The app will only alert you when something is wrong, such as a low clean water tank or a canceled vacuuming session due to an empty bin.

You can also create or merge actual rooms in order to alter the way Q Revo handles your home. This feature is beneficial for those who have different flooring in different areas of your house or in the event that you have to regularly get rid of clutter like clothes, toys, and books. The robot vacuum was also among the top performers in my test, picking up debris on carpets as well as hardwood floors in the first pass. It can also clean up spills that are wet but I would suggest wiping them dry using a clean cloth before bringing the robot in.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd want from a premium robot vacuum and mop and more. It has an omni-rotating mop as well as a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. The X2 Omni also has a more intuitive voice assistant and an app that is functional even when you're at home. It also has more mopping modes and a smart routing feature that allows you to clean specific rooms or areas of your house instead of just following a set path.

The X2 Omni is the top robot at mopping. Its mop pads rotating remove tough stains and its motor yeedi robot Vacuum produces lots of downward pressure. Its vacuuming is excellent as well and it enhances suction when it senses carpets to ensure that it does the job well. It has a large rechargeable battery that lasts up to a week. The mopping feature of the robot is also extremely effective.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a top-quality mop and robot vacuum that comes with a range of convenience features that you do not often find on robots in this price range. It can create detailed floor maps and identify various flooring types. It's also one of the few robots that can automatically clean and dry its mop pad. These features are nice however they can push the L10s into the class of luxury. This might make it more expensive than what homeowners want.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaner. It's tall and slim and has a white-colored finish accented with silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is adorned with an impressive bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner while moving around your home. In the pane in the front is an additional navigation technology that is comprised of sensors that help the L10s Ultra maneuver tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top, there's a single button that essentially acts as an on/off switch. Clicking this will turn on the vacuum, and clicking it again will shut off the vacuum and return it to its base station. The circular menu at the center of the control panel allows you to select cleaning modes, schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons open the app's settings where you can alter the way the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.

The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination of LIDAR and cameras-based navigation technology to map out your home. This allows the robot to clean and mop efficiently, without getting stuck. The LIDAR helps the robot vacuum avoid obstacles and recognize them as obstacles, which is an excellent feature for homes with pets or children.

The L10s Ultra is a powerful vacuum cleaner, removing 98.4 percent of debris from our test on hard floors and taking out all but stubborn juice staining. The mops are also efficient, taking away 98.4 percent of the debris that was found on our wood, tile, and carpet tests. It wasn't as effective in removing sand from our hard flooring or quaker oats off the carpet.
